4. For customers who pick up the goods at the store, if they find that the goods do not match the type, color and quantity ordered, please contact the store staff for a replacement immediately. If the customer has received the goods, the company has the right to refuse to replace them.

5. If there is a quality problem with the balloon itself, a replacement can be arranged after inspection by our company. Man-made damage will not be replaced. Exchange matters can only be handled at our company. Our company will not bear any shipping costs.

6. If you choose to use a freight company for delivery, the customer is responsible for any risks of the balloon during transportation (such as bursting). We will not accept any refund or exchange requests.

7. If you choose express delivery, we can only arrange basic delivery, and the delivery time cannot be guaranteed. It is recommended that customers purchase in advance and check the quantity and quality of the goods immediately on the day of receipt.

8. If any missing orders, wrong goods or damaged goods are found, we will send them back by surface mail. If any other postal method is used, the customer will need to pay the shipping fee.

9. force majeure: 

If our company fails to provide the services you need due to force majeure, including natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, strikes or any situation beyond our control, our company will not provide you with the services you need. , members or any third party shall bear liability for breach of contract. Return and Refund Policy:

3. If you use our inflatable service, we will make sure that the products are complete and take photos for the customer before handing them over to the driver for delivery. Generally, we will provide the customer with a small amount of extra backup balloons. Customers are responsible for any risks of balloons during transportation (such as bursting). We will not accept any refund or exchange requests for balloons that have been inflated and used.
4. If you choose our layout service, we will contact the customer first to agree on the layout location and time. If the customer has any questions and needs to be changed, please notify us in advance. Generally, we do not need to charge any additional fees for changes made three days in advance. Any changes made within less than three days, we will either have to arrange manpower to prepare, or we will charge a manpower fee for the change. No changes will be accepted on the day of placement. If a customer needs to cancel due to personal issues or venue issues, we will only accept date changes and will not accept any refund arrangements. Our store staff will take photos for customers after setting them up. If there are any questions, customers can check with the staff on the spot and arrange replacements. We will not accept any refund or exchange requests for balloons that have been inflated and used.
